We use ridiculous phrases like ‘you’re entitled to your opinion’, when we are not. We are entitled to hold an acceptable opinion, which is a very different thing – especially given how hard it can be to work out exactly what is acceptable at any given moment.

I am going to try and make this blog somewhere where you’re entitled to any opinion which roots itself in compassion; which might reasonably be said to come from a place of healing and not harm; which seeks to enquire, explain or even just cry-out – as long as it never seeks to injure, insult or make empty complaints.

If you’d like to post something thoughtful, difficult, counter-cultural or personal, which abides by these rules – please let me know.

  1. Hey there Panda, came over here from Rarasaur and this is great. Loved the header on your site. I understand now why the Panda is so pissed off. Thanks for the writing. Love the illustrations as well, do you do those? Have a great day.

    1. Huntmode – I’m so sorry this slipped off the radar, not sure how I missed it! Thanks for the award – I’ll just accept it with gratitude if that’s ok. Your sentiments are appreciated πŸ˜€

  2. You can tell me anything πŸ˜€

But seriously you have a unique voice. I’ve just read your “About” and I am amazed by your words! I hope you don’t mind if I stay here a bit longer πŸ™‚

You can tell me anything (yes, even that!)
