Tapestry – A Poem

Life began
As simple seeds
From which we spun
Fine threads
Then wove
Tapestries
Of meaning
In which we watch
Warp and weft

As if they were
Life itself
So in love
With the cleverness
Of our making
We live for the process
Of complicating
And have forgotten
Our origin

  1. Yep, complicating. I live for it.
Just that nothing to complicate your existence occurs to me from this one.
So, it’s off to wonder about origin then.
    Origin-wonderful too.
    Two kinds of wonderful-at least : )

(Now, would you please add funny and intelligent (or something) to your work-up of my blog, which I’m to proud to thank you for being smart and inspired enough to post on your cite?)

Got interrupted by a random thought.

    Back to clearing my mind…origin…

    Origin, yes, Origin!

  2. I love this and think it’s very true. We complicate things too much while too often separating ourselves from nature, which is crazy really because we’re part of nature.

You can tell me anything (yes, even that!)
