Carrot – A Poem

The carrot in front of me

All I could see

and I ran

and I ran

And I reached

And I reached

And I tried

And I tried

Passing everything by

Passing everything by

    1. Hi Charlie, Thank you so much for the kind words.
Many things inspired this post. We all live lives focussed on targets, profits and other empty things we have created – and so miss the wonderful lives we could have caring for each other and appreciating the world. On a smaller level, we often search in life (especially for happiness) but our search blinds us to what we already have (especially happiness!)
And so the explanation is longer than the poem!
Thanks for the follow – I will check out your blog today 🙂

You can tell me anything (yes, even that!)
